Competent quality assurance is even more than a statement. In 1998 our company achieved a certification for the first time. At the moment we already work on its continuation in the year 2008 - keeping the interests of our customers in mind!
Various quality inspections, like the check of the ultimate tensile strength and the adhesive force, are executed in regular time intervals and by different charges. We execute the famability tests strictly according to DIN 75200 and the specifications of our customers (MVSS 302, TL1010, ...).
For a global quality assurance it is indispensable to determine all relevant features. In this context a check likewise of the strengthnesses and determination of the shearing strength takes place as well.
Also for the future we have already taken up new tasks from our customers, e.g. fogging, air permeability or sound adsorption.
It's obviously that we are certified according to the latest quality-standard.
